AN INVITATION TO PERFORM AT THE
2012 OLYMPICS IN LONDON, ENGLAND BY THE AMERICAN ALLIANCE OF PERFORMING ARTS EDUCATORS a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization
LONDON 2012
We have gathered enough interested persons for the trip have signed the contract.
A $100.00 Deposit was paid in November, 2010. Monthly payments of $100.00 per participant began on January 15th, 2011 and will continue until March of 2012.
We are the only performing group from Texas! We have a total of 33 persons signed up for the trip - 11 of which are performers. We have received our requested the first week of the 2012 Olympics for our performance week
(July 26, 2012 - We will be in London during the Opening Ceremonies) Our cost for the London portion of the trip is 1,056 British Pounds Sterling
(Our total cost will be reflected in the conversion rate.
The price may fluctuate up or down according to the international market) Airfare can not be booked until one year prior to travel. $300.00 Deposits are due now to hold our seats on the flight to London.

promised, AAPAE has just launched our new website! You can view it at

It is built with Adobe Flash and allows for movement and a
lot of pictures.

We will NOT be in the lighted Christmas Parade this week. They didn't send me a registration form in time.
Choreography Rehearsal Saturday, Dec 3rd -
12:00 for the younger children, 1:00 for the entire group,
and then the older group will continue until 3:00.
We have been invited to perform at a Harlem Globetrotters
game on January 24th in Moody Colosseum on the ACU Campus.

PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE NOT CURRENT STUDENTS WHO HAVE PAID A RECITAL FEE.
